Today I'd like to share everyday healthy shrimp recipes that are not only tasty and healthy, but are also very easy to make.
Healthy Shrimp Recipes #1 - Shrimp and Cucumber Snack

Ingredients
- 0.25 lbs (100g) of fresh or frozen shrimp
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or cream
- dill
- lemon
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Pour water into the pan and bring to boil, add dill and salt. Put shrimps into the boiling water, bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes. Then take them out from water and let cool.
- Peel shrimps, pour with lemon juice.
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise on very thin slices.
- Grate hard-boiled eggs.
- Prepare filling: put grated eggs, cream cheese, cream or mayonnaise, cut dill, salt, pepper.
- Mix the filling thoroughly and add peeled shrimps and minced garlic.

Healthy Shrimp Recipes #2 - Shrimp Salad With Orange And Grapefruit
This is a lunch to envy - very nutritious and no extra calories!

- 20 shrimps, boiled
- 1 orange
- 1 grapefruit
- 1/2 of a can of black olives, without pits
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
- mixed greens
Instructions
- Cook and peel shrimps.
- Grind cumin and roll shrimps in it.
- Pour live oil in a frying pan and fry shrimps for 2 minutes constantly stirring. Cool shrimps.
- Peel orange and grapefruit and slice them. All juice that comes out keep in a bowl.
- In a juice add honey, salt and pepper (that would be dressing).
- Put all the ingredients into the bowl: fried shrimps, orange, grapefruit, olives (you can slice them, or add whole), cut cilantro, mixed greens.
- Mix the salad and add the dressing from juice and honey. Enjoy!

- 0.25 lbs (100g) of spring onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- sesame seeds
